We're currently on another rewatch of Frasier and patiently waiting for some movies to be released to streaming or available for rent.

Fitness

I'm currently doing a full body strength routine 3 days a week that combines body weight exercises and dumbbell exercises.

I do a 30 minute weighted jump rope routine 2 - 3 days a week along with some core work.

I also try to walk 10,000 steps per day, but I don't always hit that goal.
